    • Q: WHERE DOES EOD+ SHIP?
      - A: We ship Internationally! In the US - ALL territories can ship via USPS & Fedex
           Outside of the US - we use USPS International & Fedex International Ecomony
    • Q: WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
      - A: We periodically offer Free Shipping so keep checking in or sign up for deal notifications. Current US shipping rates start at $4.95 for small items with a max Flat Rate of $125 on orders over 100LBS
    • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
      - A: We ship fro central PA so East coast orders arrive within 1-3 days, West coast & territories take 2-7 Days depending on carrier selected. Central states arrive within 2-4 days. USPS is usually quicker, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
    • Q: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
      - A: YES - items are 100% refundable within 20 days if they are in new, unused condition, or if there is a problem with the item.
       - a 20% fee will be deducted for all used items being returned and a max of 1 used item per type is accepted. (so please do not use 10 roller bottles and then decide to send them back - try 1 before deciding to return).
      - Returns after 20 days will not be accepted.

      - A: No - Our focus is on high quality accessories - However, we do offer a 5% discount code (eodp5) for anyone purchasing from 100PureEssentialOils.com. Their focus is on 100% Pure Quality Essential Oils - and they do it better than most for less than you'd expect. (Yes, we get paid to say it, but we sincerely mean it - and we'd hear about it if it weren't true!)
